Studio Favorite: Seasonal Workshop

Challenge Details

  • Sign up by grabbing a challenge card at the front desk.

  • You pick any combination of classes at the studio (workshops, private lessons, special pop up classes all count). 

  • Be sure to place a sticker on the day you take class to keep track along the way.

  • You can do more than 4 classes a week, but 4 is the minimum each week to be entered into the drawing.

  • We are in this together, invite friends or family members to join in on the fun. Having an accountability buddy, to stay motivated, provide support & also make class more fun. 

  • Challenge runs January 4th-31st, with each week starting on Sunday.

  • We want to hear how you are feeling and what transformations are taking place. 

  • Complete the challenge and be entered into a drawing for a FREE 30 day membership.

The Advanced Series with Christine

Expand on your existing yoga practice as we explore the 84, also known as the advanced series. This class is the complete 84 asanas of the Ghosh lineage. The practice begins with Salute to the Gods and Goddesses, Salute to the Sun, and Salute to the Moon, when together as one continuous flow. We then move through the standing series, lotus series, double sided series and more. Everyone is welcome to join and see what is possible. This class is included in your monthly membership, drop ins welcome or use your class packages.

NOTE: This class runs about 2 hours long. Please plan NOON-2pm you will want to bring your yoga mat, large towel, small towel and water bottle.
